EDT Diecasting Technology (Suzhou) casts handles in zinc and aluminium for enclosure and industrial control equipment. These parts combine grip feel, appearance and structural strength, so ribbing, shaft bores and mounting features are integrated and the casting is then painted or plated.
Ribbed grip as cast — Anti-slip ribs and the ergonomic profile are formed with the part, so feel and appearance stay consistent without secondary work.
Accurate shaft fit — Shaft bores and insert seats are CNC machined to align with lock cylinders, square shafts or linkages without play.
Torque strength — Root fillets and reinforced transitions raise torsional strength so the handle survives repeated operation.
Wear-resistant finish — Powder coating, painting, e-coating or plating can be applied for wear, fingerprint and appearance requirements.
Integrated lock and mounting — The mounting base, screw holes and lock interface can be cast in, reducing the number of assembly parts.
Handles are governed by both load and appearance. Load paths are reviewed first and fillets and wall thickness optimised, then parts are deburred, machined on mating bores and finished. Painted parts are checked against the colour standard for adhesion, and plated parts for coating uniformity and cosmetic defects.
Used on server and network cabinets, industrial control boxes, distribution panels, machine tool guards and equipment door locks, as well as other grip and lever parts.
