EDT Diecasting Technology (Suzhou) casts aluminium and zinc parts for fluid power, energy management, automation and agricultural machinery customers. Parts in this category carry pressure, seal fluids, transmit motion or dissipate heat, so casting density, bore accuracy and surface quality are critical. Tooling, casting, machining, finishing and assembly can all be handled in house.
For hydraulic and pneumatic parts, density and sealing decide performance. Vacuum die casting limits gas entrapment and resin impregnation can follow machining; sealing faces, O-ring grooves and threaded ports are CNC machined, and finished parts can be air or pressure tested to customer standards. Bore patterns are measured on CMM, and internal quality is verified by X-ray or CT sampling. Alloys include A380, ADC12 and EN47100 aluminium and ZAMAK3 / ZAMAK5 zinc.
Fluid power and hydraulic systems, agricultural and construction machinery, motors and drive electronics, automation lines and industrial equipment, and energy or environmental systems requiring multi-channel fluid distribution.
Q:Can several oil passages be cast into one part?
A:Yes. Gating design and insert layout allow multiple passages, valve bores and the mounting flange to be combined in one casting, removing joints that can leak and shortening assembly.
Q:How is leak tightness guaranteed?
A:Vacuum casting reduces porosity, resin impregnation after machining seals interconnected micro-pores, and parts are leak or pressure-hold tested to customer standards with records kept for critical batches.
