Process and quality control

Quality control runs through the whole route: incoming material chemistry is verified by grade, casting temperature, pressure and cycle time are monitored, blanks are deburred and shot or sand blasted before CNC machining, and critical dimensions are measured on CMM. Internal soundness can be confirmed by X-ray and CT scanning, supported by spectrometry and tensile testing. Production follows first-article approval, patrol inspection and batch traceability.
