The 2025 EDT Die Casting Specialized Training Learning Outcomes Sharing and Exchange Conference

The sweltering heat of summer couldn't dampen everyone's enthusiasm for learning. On the afternoon of June 6th, EDT held an internal sharing and exchange session on the learning outcomes of a die-casting specialized training program. The event attracted 14 employees from various departments, including production, quality control, and engineering. The presenter, Peter, shared the knowledge he had acquired from the die-casting specialized training course organized by Zhongzhu Technology with his colleagues at EDT. Through mutual discussions and learning, he delivered a highly informative and engaging sharing session.

During the exchange session, Peter delved into a comprehensive sharing of die-casting processes. His presentation covered fundamental die-casting process parameters and a basic die-casting process calculation table, enabling participants to clearly grasp key data. He also introduced a tool for designing fan-shaped runner dimensions, providing guidance for optimizing runner designs. Additionally, his explanation of the PO tool was highly practical, helping to enhance die-casting process capabilities.

The on-site interaction was lively, with everyone actively raising questions based on EDT's internal work practices and jointly exploring corresponding solutions.

This exchange session not only deepened employees' understanding and learning of die-casting process knowledge but also facilitated communication and collaboration among departments, laying a solid foundation for the continuous optimization of EDT's die-casting processes.
