On October 27, EDT successfully conducted its second die-casting knowledge specialized training session of the year. Mr. Xingjian Li, the company's Die-Casting Technology Supervisor, shared key insights and learnings acquired from his training at Zhongzhu Technology, effectively integrating them with the hands-on experience he has accumulated over years on the production front line.

The session was highly practical and focused squarely on four key themes: die-casting process detailed explanation, analysis of die-casting defects, mold temperature control system design, and gating and venting system design.
The instructor not only provided a thorough explanation of various process parameters and influencing factors but also offered concrete solutions based on real-world scenarios from our daily factory operations, making the content highly accessible and immediately applicable for attendees.

The session resonated strongly with colleagues from various departments, who actively engaged by asking questions and sharing perspectives from their respective roles, creating a lively and interactive atmosphere.
The training then delved into the common issue of gas porosity in die-castings. The instructor guided participants through a step-by-step analysis of porosity characteristics, root causes, and viable solutions, presenting a clear and actionable methodology.
The final segment focused on mold and gating/venting system design, exploring potential avenues for further refining EDT's die-casting processes from a theoretical standpoint and opening up new possibilities for enhancing product quality.

Each training session at EDT is more than just knowledge transfer; it's also a valuable opportunity to enhance interdepartmental collaboration. Through this sharing, colleagues gained a deeper understanding of our core die-casting operations, and the natural exchange of ideas helped strengthen teamwork and synergy.
At EDT, we firmly believe that the growth of our people is the foundation of the company's progress. Continuous learning, willingness to share, and collective growth—this is the very purpose behind our commitment to organizing these training sessions.
Looking ahead, we will continue to support every employee in honing their skills, striving to deliver better products and more professional service to repay the trust of our customers.
